This client is a UK-based LMS consultancy focusing on digital learning and digital experiences. They build bespoke digital experiences for business training and onboarding. More broadly, they focus on behavioral change, and how this can be achieved within businesses to ensure successful training programs.

The Problem

Lack of clarity in brand identity
The client lacked a clear brand identity and image, and therefore recognition within their target market. Similarly, their website lacked a clear direction and was not performing as a traffic or lead generation tool. At a higher level the client needed to build a demand generation engine since very few of their target buyers were specifically looking for their solution.
What’s more, their lead generation approach was not scalable. Large sales were made by those at the head of the company, but marketing and sales needed to begin acquiring more customers. This could not be done without a brand identity and a functioning website.

We used this new image to inform the design and build of a new website, as a place to host their content and start generating traffic.
