Vertrical is a digital health startup based in Germany. They offer teams of tech developers to digital health projects, allowing them to augment staff or outsource their projects completely. 

Vertrical offers experts in a variety of roles, including compliance, business analysis and development, and a variety of coding languages. They may consult on projects, or build from the ground up. 

With an innovative and novel approach, the client needed to find visibility in the market in order to expand.

The Problem

Our work

No Clear Positioning!

When we started working with the client, they were selling to anyone in any market. They had no go-to-market strategy and no differentiation. Their existing website had no clear design, performed poorly, and web traffic was limited. Our mission was to help them find the right niche and scale up their business. 

They also faced challenges with the company name. They weren’t recognizable as a brand yet, and therefore Google thought that their company name was a typing mistake when making suggestions in search results.

The Solution

Our work

We positioned the company and used a test-and-learn approach to refine its strategy. In practice, this meant running outbound campaigns to measure different responses to messages in markets. The results helped us to craft their positioning as a digital health startup. 

We then built their website, marketing materials and collateral. 

Once this was live, we worked to accelerate SEO with paid advertising campaigns. Our intention was to ensure that Google recognized the brand name. 

Finally, we launched a content marketing effort, alongside contributing to outbound and social media marketing.
